Kelvin Rosado is an attorney admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico and Maryland. His practice includes business immigration law and removal defense representing clients in U.S. Immigration Court nationwide, before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Attorney Rosado is fluent in English and Spanish (native language). He manages a multi-state immigration law practice dedicated to representing immigrants in the United States.

Attorney Rosado graduated with honors from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law and is backed by dual-state licensure, Maryland and Puerto Rico, with practice-area expertise spanning business immigration law, family-based immigration law, asylum, humanitarian relief, and removal defense.
He passionately represents client interests, working diligently to analyze case merits and propel positive resolutions to complex legal matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and before immigration courts in Baltimore, Arlington, Los Angeles, San Diego, Van Nuys, Santa Ana, Hyattsville, San Juan-Guaynabo, Las Vegas, Florence, Adelanto, Oakdale, Brownsville, Harlingen, Stewart, York, San Francisco, Omaha and Orlando with superb results. Proven success in achieving L-1A and L1B visas, H-1B, EB-1, EB-2, EB-4, TN visa, employment-based adjustment of status, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), U-visa, affirmative and defensive asylum, waivers of inadmissibility, and favorable verdicts in state and immigration courts.
Before founding his own law firm in California and Maryland, Mr. Rosado was a managing attorney at a multistate immigration law firm with direct supervision of offices in Los Angeles, Santa Ana, and Dallas, and their attorneys and paralegals. Prior to California, he was supervising attorney at a major non-profit organization in the Baltimore-Washington DC area with direct supervision of multiple attorneys, as well as providing mentorship to pro-bono attorneys.
Attorney Rosado frequently participates in a major TV news show from Vision Latina TV in Los Angeles, California where he speaks about immigration topics and important cases regarding U.S. immigration law. He has given training for immigration attorneys nationwide and has been invited to serve as UCLA Mock Trial Judge before the Santa Monica Courthouse and UCLA School of Law, as well as UMBC Mock Trial Judge at the University of Maryland School of Law.
